I have 25 years experience working with over
100 public interest organizations, and have a Masters Degree in
Adult Education. For 10 years I worked with four Ministries of
the Government of Ontario providing start-up program planning
(Advocacy Commission & Pay Equity Commission); internal organizational
development consulting (Ministry of the Attorney General); policy
development (Ontario Women’s Directorate); and leadership
at the Director level (Pay Equity Commission).

of the Toronto School of Art hired Jane Adams to coordinate
and facilitate a strategic planning process to determined the
school’s priorities over the next three years. Over a
six month period, Jane organized a series of meetings between
the coordinating committee (comprised of faculty, students and
board members) and the board of directors which culminated in
a half-day community forum. Throughout the process, Jane demonstrated
strong organizational skills and presented a dynamic style of
leadership for directing the diversity of groups that would
deliver constructive results.
